Just Sold x2!

Two more properties officially sold, with both closings successfully completed yesterday. Congratulations to both of my clients on reaching the finish line!

One of these properties, 44 Pacifico Drive, had previously been listed with another agency for more than 200 days without success before I was brought in to represent the sale. I’m proud to share that we were able to secure a closing price $10,000 above the prior asking price, with the home going under contract in just 24 days.

This also marks the third property within the past year where a seller transitioned from another agent after their property failed to sell. Experiences like these continue to reinforce the importance of selecting the right representation from the beginning. Strategy, communication, marketing, and negotiation all play a critical role in achieving a successful outcome.

The saga continues…

This marks the second transaction in the past four months where a seller came to me after struggling to sell with a previous agent. I share this to highlight something important: who you hire truly matters! Without the right strategy, team, and marketing approach, there’s no guarantee a home will sell for what it’s worth.

This particular home sat on the market for over 200 days last year with no offers and no success. After being referred to me, we repositioned the property, implemented a new strategy, and increased the list price by $30,000.
