There’s nothing better than hearing from a happy client after the keys are handed over and the paperwork is DONE.

And honestly, I’m not surprised. Beautifully renovated home + 5.7 acres + privacy + just 15 minutes to downtown Asheville is a pretty compelling combination.

After all the prep, marketing, showings, conversations, and strategy, there’s nothing better than getting to put that UNDER CONTRACT sign on it. 🙌
