I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is every reason why I've enjoyed this career. Remember, it is never too late to reinvent yourself. I started right after my 43rd birthday. It's not easy work and it's not for everyone but it has been life changing for me. Try something new, even if it's random. You never know, it may be exactly what you needed, even it is just a sport or a hobby.

Talk about a "meant to be" moment!
About a month ago, the stars aligned perfectly for two sets of good friends! Iā€™d been house-hunting with my friend Dani and her sweet pea Remy šŸ•, but we just hadnā€™t found "the one" yet. Right around then, my soon to be third-time clients and friends Daniel and Karen reached out to sell their place for an exciting new job move out of state.

After we met up, a total lightbulb went off: Daniel and Karenā€™s house was almost exactly what Dani had been looking for!

Fast forward through a smooth three-week closing, and everyone is officially moved in and settled in their new places just in time for spring. I am so incredibly happy for all of them! šŸ»

What a pleasant surprise this one was! When we listed this condo right before the Christmas holiday, we all thought it would likely sit well into summer or best case into spring. To our surprise we ended up getting 2 offers in less than 2 months, and on the same exact weekend!? The seller was not only excited to have such a quick sale but he was also over the moon to sell it to the couple who was buying it. Thank you to the seller for your trust and patience! I am really going to miss that view; especially those ridiculous sunsets!
