Talk about a "meant to be" moment!
About a month ago, the stars aligned perfectly for two sets of good friends! I’d been house-hunting with my friend Dani and her sweet pea Remy 🐕, but we just hadn’t found "the one" yet. Right around then, my soon to be third-time clients and friends Daniel and Karen reached out to sell their place for an exciting new job move out of state.

After we met up, a total lightbulb went off: Daniel and Karen’s house was almost exactly what Dani had been looking for!

Fast forward through a smooth three-week closing, and everyone is officially moved in and settled in their new places just in time for spring. I am so incredibly happy for all of them! 🍻

What a pleasant surprise this one was! When we listed this condo right before the Christmas holiday, we all thought it would likely sit well into summer or best case into spring. To our surprise we ended up getting 2 offers in less than 2 months, and on the same exact weekend!? The seller was not only excited to have such a quick sale but he was also over the moon to sell it to the couple who was buying it. Thank you to the seller for your trust and patience! I am really going to miss that view; especially those ridiculous sunsets!

🎉 Big congratulations to my good friend — and her fur-partner in crime Blanche — on buying their first home!
I’ve been helping Lynde search on and off over the past year in West Asheville. We saw a few stinkers along the way, but we finally found the one!
This super cute home sits on a gorgeous corner lot with big shade trees, a basement garage, a spacious kitchen, and a large, level backyard that dog-dreams are made of. It’s also within walking distance of all the Haywood shenanigans and just a block away from our friends Scott and Katie, which makes borrowing some 'sugar in the raw' way too easy.

It's always a good time working with my buddies Anna and Chris. This was our fourth transaction together over just a few years. This one actually started out with me showing it to mutual friends as their forever home and then when they passed on it, Anna and Chris saw the rental potential and swooped in. This 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home is close to Haywood and has a fully finished, walkout basement, epic carport, large kitchen, and 2 sets of laundry hookups! We were also able to negotiate a $40k price drop. I'm super happy for my 4 time clients and buds!
