Morning ride at the Biltmore with Sorcha before a showing. So proud of her and how brave she is! We started out walking down the road when a group of very fast bikers came down the other side of the field in different fluorescent colors. She wanted to take off but listened and remained composed. Then she wasn’t so sure of a culvert on the trail but explored it and realized it won’t eat her. We also passed a group of 8 riders coming the opposite direction on a narrow trail. She stood perfectly to the side and waited patiently ❤️

✨JUST SOLD✨ This one was bittersweet. It was sweet because being apart of my buyers new exciting chapter fulfilling a dream. I absolutely adore this sweet sweet buyer and loved that she fell in love with my pick for her that is in downtown Hendersonville and we got over $50k off of asking! I do my best to match houses to clients ❤️. It was bitter because during the process I was sadly able to relate in a way to my clients portion of her story leading her here. Through part of the transaction, I was out of town taking care of my grandmother who I was extremely close with as she sadly passed away. Thankful my client was patient and understanding ❤️. Seeing joy on the other side helps make it sweeter.

✨SOLD✨ Sold this adorable cabin in Burnsville over the summer. What made it truly special was being able to work with my friend from college Jordan Laham, Realtor! After being referral partners with each other, it was wonderful to really work together! Felt like old times when we were partners on our senior thesis for our business degrees.
