While both new listings and closed sales saw typical late-summer dips, down 8.9% and 11.8% respectively, the median sales price edged up slightly by 2.1% to $433,816. Meanwhile, homes are continuing to sell at a steady pace, holding virtually flat at an average of 67 days on the market.
