It was a lovely fall day to show some houses, stop for lunch, and draft an offer. It’s the most normal day I’ve had in a month! Hopefully, our offer will be accepted and my displaced client will have a home.

It's been almost a month since Helene changed our world. I've put together a video. Our story is not too dramatic, but it's our experience of being hit by two hurricanes in 3 years on our little horse farm in the Western NC mountains.

After 2.5 years of on and off searching, driving all across several counties, numerous duds, many lost bids, and a lot of crunching numbers, my dear clients are under contract!

I’m utterly thrilled for them.

We are all in shock. We’ve lost 4 bids in just the last couple months.

I’m so impressed with the resilience and tenacity they’ve shown. It is not an easy market around here at this price point.

Here’s to an easy ride to closing! 🤞🏼

And they will be practically neighbors! Woot woot!
