Katie and I enjoyed serving clients as a team the past two years. Going forward, we’ll be working as solo Realtors with Dwell Realty Group. This decision was carefully and collectively made from a place of collegiality and friendship. When we made the move to Dwell in November of last year, we did so knowing this move to individual books of business is the logical next step in our respective careers. However, we also knew it made great sense for us to continue working at the same firm. Though our default will be to work with new clients as solo agents moving forward, we’re happy to work together should one wish. We will also continue to take the team approach for past and current Katie and Jay Team clients.

This page will soon convert to a business page for Katie. You can keep up with all of her excellent work here. Going forward, anyone who wishes may see occasional business updates of my own on my personal page, Jay Gerlach. We want to thank you for the continued support of our work in Western North Carolina real estate, and stress that we remain at the ready to represent you as either a seller, buyer, or both as individuals or a team.
