The early 2026 data for Buncombe County tells a story of a market that is maturing beautifully. After years of breakneck speed, we are entering a "sweet spot" that offers stability for everyone.

For Sellers: Your Equity is Secure The median sales price has held remarkably strong at $485,000. While the rapid spikes of the past have leveled off into a more sustainable annual growth forecast, this stability should give you immense confidence that the equity you’ve built isn't going anywhere.

For Buyers: Room to Breathe and Negotiate Inventory has seen a significant boost, with new listings up 24% compared to last year.
