While touring a For Sale By Owner home, I saw this painting and fell in love. It was painted in the 70’s by the seller’s uncle. They said they were thinking of selling it. I took a picture and said I would think about it. I put my car in reverse and was backing out of the driveway when I decided I needed it. I went back up and knocked on the door. It’s mine now. I don’t have a wall big enough for it, but I am so happy it’s mine! .carolina

Just closed on this sweet bungalow in North Asheville. My client toured the home in person, but while we were under contract, she went home to pack. We used facetime to walk through the property with the home inspector. The next time she came to town, was move-in day! .carolina

For my first home tour by boat, I think I did a pretty good job! We toured 6 homes on Lake James today. I made sure that I knew where to tie up the boat, but was a little optimistic about timing.
