Did you know you can get an annual pass to the Biltmore for $200? They run a special every year for that price and it allows you to get in any day you want for free! One of our favorite things about living in Asheville is having access to the 8,000 acres that are part of the Biltmore estate. John spent yesterday afternoon over there biking and enjoying the beauty that is found all over the property. You can bike, walk, visit the winery, tour the house, sit by the river, walk through the gardens, visit the farm or enjoy a delicious meal ✨

This is Sharon, a long time family friend of ours who lost her home during Helene. Sharon lives on the Cane River, near Burnsville, NC, and had to hike up the mountain behind her house for safety and watch her home, barn and truck be washed away in the hurricane. Sharon felt so lucky then to get an RV to live in on her land and thought that was how it would be forever, but through Mountain Heritage High School and an organization called Rebuilding Hollers, Sharon is getting a brand new home! 🏠 👏🏼 This is the only program like this in the country and it’s right here in WNC. Jeremy Dotts is the teacher at the school that leads the carpentry program where high school students are literally rebuilding their community. Rebuilding Hollers Foundation works to raise the money from private donors to rebuild homes for people who lost everything. Through all of this devastation, Sharon has kept her bright and positive attitude ✨ she is so deserving and we are so proud to know her! WNC is such a special place 💗 John Kramer
