This post is overdue, but our team has been BUSY! 😅
In May, our team hosted our first-ever team appreciation crawfish boil!
Our very own Jim Diaz, aka Chef Jimbeaux, showed us how they do it down in Louisiana! Shout out to him for making this amazing event happen. He brought that low country flavor to the high country!
We spent the afternoon laughing, eating, and enjoying the beautiful spring weather with the whole team and their loved ones!
It was so much fun that we're making it an annual event! Thanks to everyone who attended and made it a wholesome and delish event.
Can't wait for next year 🦞
