Hi all! Our local South Asheville/Oakley Library is at risk for closure! There are many tools the library gives Oakley children, job-seeking adults, the generally curious, and the active learners from 3 months to 103 years old. Here is how you can help at this time!

You just know when you like a client…. Dee and Steven started their search for an Asheville home from Miami, and luckily secured a contract on this home on a short trip to town. Although there were quite a few repairs recommended by our inspectors, we stayed calm and got professionals to quote out the work necessary. With patience and a gracious seller, we were able to negotiate $29,868 in repairs, so this lovely couple can scratch some items off their to-do list. Dee and Steven, thanks for the consistent communication and for trusting us throughout this process. Cannot say enough about how wonderful you both were to work with, and the team wishes you beautiful new memories in Brevard!
