Help KP Property Services provide shelter for first responders and displaced persons in Asheville after of Hurricane Helene
**Our Story**
In the wake of Hurricane Helene, our small property management business has been devastated. The recent storm has left most of our properties without power, water, and many have structural damage from fallen trees.
As a result, we've lost nearly all of our income, leaving our dedicated team—who depend on this business to support themselves and their families—struggling to make ends meet.
KP has been overextending physically, financially and emotionally to support and maintain the livelihood of their team members and displaced community. Those without power or water are being cared for at the business's personal expense(ei provided drinking water, hot meals, hot showers, laundry services, transportation, and other miscellaneous living needs).
**What We’re Doing Now**
While many of our properties are out of commission, the few that have power and running water are currently being used to provide shelter for first responders and displaced persons within our Asheville community. We are COMMITTED to helping those in need during this crisis, but we also need support to rebuild our business and sustain our team members so we can keep these homes up and running as long as they are needed!
**How You Can Help**
We are reaching out to our friends, family, and community for assistance. Your donations will help us:
- Cover immediate emergency expenses(drinking water, food, showers, laundry, transportation, gas)
- Cover immediate operating expenses (bills, maintenance, etc.)
- Support our team members who are currently without work
- Fund repairs and renovations needed to restore our properties
