We closed on 137 Bell Rd this past Friday! This is a very special property that some of my best friends bought. It has mid century vibes and over an acre lot that backs up to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Haw Creek valley is an East Asheville treasure that has so much to offer. Growing up in Asheville, it has always been one of my favorite areas, where tons of my peers lived.

I know they will love living here and I could not be happier for them! Can’t wait to see how they make it their own and watch their family grow.
