A litte info to let you all know what is going on in the real estate market in Asheville. As you will see, we finally have a bit of an inventory. This is great news for current home buyers. Homes are staying on the market a bit longer than they were a few years ago. The national average number of day for a home to be on the market is 34, so it is taking a few more weeks in our current market, but still not too shabby.
