If your home was damaged by Helene, NC Realtors® is providing up to $1,000 grants, and I want to help you access this grant if you qualify. I believe these will go fast and it is a first come first serve benefit.

Application is easy.

If you are an owner: You will need to supply identification, proof of ownership / mortgage, and photo evidence of damage to your home.

If you are a renter: You will need to provide ID, Hotel receipts if displaced and returning or lease agreement if forced to relocate, and some evidence of damage.

The grant is thru NC Realtors. All you need to do is show up to 21 Restaurant Court today between 10 and 4 and they will assist in the application process. Our Firm's Broker-In-Charge will be there between 1-3 PM today assisting, and her name is Rachel Brown, but you can show up anytime.

There will be more times next week too, and I'll update this post with those times when available.
