Earlier this week, we had our company-wide quarterly meeting and Karl had the privilege of joining a panel alongside some of our fellow agents to discuss strategies for growth, even in a challenging market.

The panel tackled questions like:
-How do you grow your business when the market is down?
-What adjustments are you making for 2025?
-What advice would you give to agents looking to grow this year?
-What’s your number one business generation activity?

It was great for Karl to be able to share his approach: focusing on creative deal-making, prioritizing client relationships, and always adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
