I’ve been at a loss for words - so much pain and death in this region it’s hard to fathom.

Grappling with what I can offer. Feeling like with all the folks displaced maybe my real estate knowledge would be helpful to some.

If you’re a homeowner with space to rent I’m happy to assist with tenant screenings - I can screen for criminal with no charge and a credit screening at cost.

I will provide lease forms for short or long term rentals with necessary addenda and help explain these documents.

If you’re a tenant seeking housing I can provide you with a background report for your prospective landlord, or full credit screening report at cost.

The criminal screening I can provide free as there is no fee for me to query a national background check.

The credit checks cost me $29.99 for basic and $39.99 for a more in depth report, that is cost and I wish I could offer to provide both reports without fee. I’ve reached to “Safe Rent Direct” to see if they would be willing to wave these costs for our region temporarily but no response yet.

Turn time is instant for crimal screening and 24 hours for credit.

All real estate forms and coaching to complete agreements will be provided without any cost.

A good real estate agent is similar in nature to a conductor of a symphony, coordinating the different players to make a successful transaction a reality. At different points in the process, the real estate agent is a salesperson, a buyer’s advocate, an analyst, a business manager, a consultant, a negotiator, and a marketer, just to name a few. We have found there are several qualities and traits that successful real estate professionals share.
