I have built a career as a real estate listing specialist—which means I have the expertise to get your home sold to the best buyer at the ideal price. As a rare Asheville native and with more than 17 years of real estate experience working for top companies in the country, I will provide you with the most detailed insights into the local real estate market. At your side, I will develop the most innovative and complete marketing program to help sell your home quickly and with the highest yield possible. I have worked for the top names in the industry, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Intercontinental Hotels, and Westin Hotels and Resorts. In 2010 after 18 years in Atlanta, I moved back to Western North Carolina to become the sales director for the luxury condominiums at 60 North Market Street in downtown Asheville. I enjoy working for Beverly-Hanks & Associates, the most sophisticated and service-oriented real estate company in the region. I look forward to working for you, your friends, and your family, as well—now and for many years to come! About Me
I was born and raised in Asheville, NC, but my early career in luxury hospitality took me to locations around the world. I lived in Switzerland for two years while completing my Master’s in Hospitality Administration. However, in 2000, I received a unique opportunity to move into the field of real estate, and the rest is history! Now, I have made this amazing city my home base for many years to come—truly a full-circle life experience! When I’m not working with a client on their home listing, you can find me singing with the Asheville Symphony Chorus. I am also an active member of the First Congregational Church in downtown Asheville and volunteer with Manna Food Bank and Asheville Downtown Association! http://richardjones.cardtapp.com/
