In honor of INTERNATIONAL TEA DAY, I hope you'll try this herbal tea recipe. For a simple holistic approach to self-care for stress management, it's one of my favorites.

CALMING HERBAL TEA 🌿
2 parts lemon balm leaf
1 part chamomile flowers
1 part linden flower
1 part rose petals
½ part spearmint leaf

Directions:
Blend the herbs together in a bowl and store the tea blend in a glass jar until ready for use. To brew a single cup of tea, add 1-2 tablespoons of the blend to a cup of boiling water and steep for 10-15 minutes. Before drinking, set an intention for the tea to melt your stress away with each sip you take in. Enjoy!
