As the Team Leader of The Gleason Team, Karen Gleason has fulfilled a life-long dream to run her own real estate business. Gleason’s entire career has been focused on real estate. From her earliest involvement as a college student, working as a part-time assistant to a settlement attorney, to her tenure as a property manager in Raleigh’s fast-paced market, to her work as a buyer’s and seller’s agent in Asheville, Karen has learned all aspects of the business and jokes that it’s given her a “doctorate” in real estate.
