Some travel lists are just fun.

This one says something bigger.

Travel + Leisure recently named its best places to visit in September, and Asheville, North Carolina made the list!
That should matter to anyone thinking about buying real estate in Western North Carolina. Because Asheville was not sitting on a small regional list. It was named alongside places like Iceland, Santorini, Barcelona, Sydney, Bordeaux, Dubrovnik, Napa Valley, Telluride, Taos, the Finger Lakes, and the Jersey Shore.
That is the kind of company Asheville keeps now!
And that is the kind of attention that eventually shows up in the housing market!!!

Explore the top destinations for a September getaway, from vibrant cityscapes to serene beaches, and enjoy fewer crowds and pleasant weather.
