𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗱! This one is bittersweet. When I took the position as property manager at Patton Allen Property Management I made the decision to stop working in sales. I wrapped up my active buyers shortly after. All except one. This first-time homebuyer has been such a trooper. We submitted more offers than I care to count. $20k, $30k, $40k over. These homes closed for $50k, $65k, $72k over asking. The market in Asheville is 🔥🔥🔥 right now.
In the end she found a great home walking distance to all the best spots on Haywood Rd with $9500 in seller-concessions for repairs! And the day after closing she was tearing down walls. I can’t wait to see how she makes this place her own.
And for me, I love my new work, especially the amazing members of our team. And yet I truly thought that I would sell real estate forever! Grateful to be in the same industry, still connected with the incredible folks I’ve been working with the last few years.
