New Listings were down in the Asheville region by 2.1 percent and inventory grew 2.7 percent. Prices moved higher as Median Sales Price was up 1.2 percent to $433,816. Days on Market increased to 67 which is 4.7 percent increase.

According to NAR the national median existing-home sales price climbed to $431,400.Year-to-date sales are up 2.4%, reflecting stable demand even amid elevated mortgage rates. Homes are sitting on the market longer and fewer buyers are bidding above asking price compared to a year earlier, though local market conditions vary widely.
