Designing with dark neutrals is all about creating depth, warmth, and a space that feels effortlessly elevated. From Rich cabinetry to Moody finishes, these deeper tones prove that neutral definitely doesn’t have to mean light.

Would you go dark in your home? 🤎

Summer Extravaganza 2026 ☀️💛

Our Summer Extravaganza is a chance to step away from the day-to-day, connect as a team, and celebrate the people who make Brown Haven Homes what it is.

This year’s theme, Mastery 2.0, reminded us to keep growing, keep improving, and keep pursuing excellence—together. Grateful for a team that works hard and has fun along the way. 🏡

Brownie Bear says Asheville is a great place to call home! Our little Brown Haven mascot is about to begin his big adventure through Western North Carolina, and he has decided to start at the Biltmore Estate.
If you’ve ever visited Biltmore!!!!, you know there’s nowhere else quite like it; built in 1895 by George Vanderbilt. It remains America’s largest private residence. The House is four acres of French Renaissance architecture designed by Richard Morris Hunt, and surrounded by gorgeous gardens designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. Brownie agrees that Biltmore is one of our favourite neighbours in Asheville. YOUR CUSTOM HOME IN THE MOUNTAINS: at Brown Haven homes we build custom houses designed around your life and your vision and whether you’re looking for your forever home, a peaceful mountain retreat or a second home escape from the city, we build with craftsmanship you can feel and quality that lasts.
