Martin Luna, the founder of the Luna Team, first came to Asheville in 1985 straight out of college to work at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in Black Mountain. After falling in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains and during his second summer in Asheville, he met Christine and settled down in the Asheville area. He has been helping people buy and sell real estate in Asheville, Hendersonville, and the surrounding areas since 1995. Martin's experience in all aspects of real estate sales makes him a trusted resource for all his clients. Martin enjoys mountain biking, running, hiking, historical movies, books and, of course, Mexican food! He is bilingual in English and Spanish. Christine Luna has lived in the Asheville/Weaverville area for 43 years having moved here from sunny Miami, Florida. She has worked since she was 15 years old! Some jobs she's enjoyed have been legal secretary, hotel manager, substitute teacher, and for the last 15 years as an administrator for The Luna Team. She obtained her real estate license in 2014. Christine and Martin have been married for 36 years and have 4 grown children. She enjoys fostering cats & kittens, reading biographies, cooking for her family and friends, digging around in her flower beds, volunteering at her church teaching Sunday school and occasionally substitute teaching.
