This is surprising that a well known developer from Miami who built some notable luxury projects like One Thousand Museum and Ten Museum Park could lose control of the project and financing and fall behind on paying subs. Given the names behind this project and the fact that they have sold units, I believe they will get the financing needed to complete it. Lots of deep pockets out there and someone will step up. What do you think?
