The Asheville region is showing some encouraging movement. New listings were down 2.1% to 1,348, while pending sales increased 7.0% to 1,005. Inventory also grew to 5,350 homes, giving buyers more options to consider.

Prices continue to move higher, with the median sales price reaching $433,816, up 1.2%. Homes are taking a little longer to sell, with days on market at 67, while the 6.2 months of supply shows a market that continues to shift and create opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
