I had no idea that's what people thought…

I ran into an old neighbor the other day. They mentioned that they were thinking about selling their home.

She was looking for advice on if I knew any local Realtors that would work with her and her price range. I said yeah, “Me!”

She had thought that I only worked with high-end price point customers. I assured her I work with everyone.

Yes, I do have some high-end luxury clients, but just because I have insanely well-done home tour videos and spend thousands on marketing my listings - does not mean I am too big or too “luxury” to work with anyone.

The sourdough bread is baked to order, meaning it was baked after I ordered the flounder sandwich. It had marinated veggies, cheese and was scrumptious! It came with fresh fried potatoes and a salad. Delish!

Every closing has a story behind it.

The brick home in the photo below officially sold in January, and I was reminded again how important patience and good strategy are in today’s market. This is especially true when selling! The right buyer came along, and it was a wonderful outcome for all involved. And now the seller is receiving pedicures by his granddaughter!!! Family is so incredibly important!
