The first day in town, I said, “I will live here.” Less than a year later, I moved myself and my photography business to Asheville, North Carolina. Although I enjoyed the business I built, I came to spend more time traveling and less enjoying these beautiful mountains. Sold! My clients built this three story office building with the intention of leasing and holding. As they finished the project, we looked at priorities and decided to pivot to a lower risk strategy and we broke the building up into commercial condos.

I was fortunate enough to sell the first and second floors, and now suite 301 was our last remaining space. Congratulations to my sellers, as well as the new office owner.

As a commercial broker I do not sell residential property, but with my development background, I know how to sell large tracts of land. When my clients came to me with a large turnkey gated community that they never finished during the 2008 crash, I knew it would be a challenge, but I could absolutely get it done. Unplanned exit strategies are never easy, but I wanted to make it as easy as possible for them. Congratulations to my sellers for closing this, and I look forward to seeing how the new owner proceeds with this project.
