This is truly one of the most unique homes I’ve ever sold. When I saw this one come on the market, I reached out to my clients immediately. I knew it wouldn’t last long. People flew in from all over to see it. The listing agent was there giving private tours from sun up to sun down the day we saw it. I know we would need to be competitive, even in this shifting market. We had been looking for over a year, and had seen some really beautiful places, but nothing held a candle to this special one. So, I did what I do best and went to work. I secured a contract for them. We were aggressive and strong in our offer and got it tied down before some of the flights had even arrived. I was also able to get the property for them fully furnished so they could move right in on closing day. They’ve spent the weekend hiking and chasing sunsets. What a dream, this place they get to call home. ✨

If you’re looking for an easy and fun spot to go with the kids in downtown Asheville, Bear’s Smokehouse BBQ Asheville would be where we’d go. These guys have it nailed down. Food line, cafeteria style, so you walk out with your dinner on a tray - a delicious plate of BBQ. I can’t resist the broccoli salad!

They have great sunsets, fire pits, corn hole, delicious drinks and b**r selection, and often have live music. It’s a great spot to go with a big group.

Not to mention, this business made a HUGE IMPACT on our community while we were recovering from Helene. They and World Central Kitchen provided over 1 million meals to people after the storm. Insane! 🤯 For that reason alone, we should support them!

Make sure to save this post for the next time you forgot to make plans for dinner and trying to think of a good spot to take the kiddos.
