Yesterday I had a main water line break in my house pouring gallons and gallons per minute of water into my semi-finished basement. I could not find the main water shut-off anywhere then I remembered that part of EVERY inspection report that I always thought was kind of silly. I've never been so thankful for the "this is for your information" section. moral of the story, make sure you either memorize where your shut-off is, or know EXACTLY where your inspection report is. (even 4 years later) 😆😍
