Henderson County’s market is giving buyers a little more room to breathe while still keeping sellers in a strong position.

In May, the average sale price was $504,713, homes sold in a median of just 20 days, and inventory remained at 4.7 months, which is still considered a seller’s market. More homes hit the market this month, creating additional opportunities for buyers, while sellers continued to see strong demand with homes selling for an average of 97% of list price.

The takeaway? The market is becoming more balanced, but well-priced homes are still moving quickly.
