I asked AI to fix my photo and add a little bit of makeup. I look…interesting…but my beautiful buyer client didn’t need any fixing. Congrats Joan!

I may or may not have sold this home to this lovely lady! This is not exactly a home in the country or the forest! It’s in a neighborhood with sidewalks for goodness sakes!

Following a bear incident on Aug. 18 that injured a north Asheville resident, other residents are sharing their close encounters with a separate bear.

July was insane for my business. I am grateful to stay busy and have boots on the ground in this dynamic market. I truly feel I have the pulse on the market. It’s good. It’s bad. There are opportunities and pitfalls…and experience matters more than ever.

My client got this adorable home in Weaverville that was for sale by owner under contract! This home will give her more time to travel to be with her family and come back to a comfortable low maintenance home near all of her local favorites.
