📊🐦 MARKET UPDATE! 🐦📊

Our local CanopyMLS has released market data for June 2020! Below is a snapshot of Buncombe County.

While New Listings & Inventory did decrease compared to June of last year, the difference is much smaller than the comparisons for May. So it’s a great time to list!

Additionally… interest rates reached *another* all time low yesterday, so it’s also a great time to buy! The majority of my buyers are from out-of-town and/or investors. Rental prices are at an all time high and mixed with limited availability in Buncombe County, you might want to think again about becoming a home owner or purchasing an investment property.

This weeks numbers are continuing the trend of more homes going under contract than are coming on the market.

Buyers are very active but there aren't enough homes on the market for them!

Homes are getting under contract F.A.S.T. And with lending rates at a historic low things are moving quickly.

Asheville's Hi-Wire Brewing created a new beer called "Donate To Service Industry Workers By Drinking This Beer."

Yes, that's the name of the IPA!!

A portion of proceeds of the sale of the brew will go to the USBG National Charity Foundation and the N.C. Restaurant Workers Relief Fund. Those group are helping to support tends of thousands of hospitality industry workers who have lost their jobs during the COVID-19 crisis.

Asheville is Beer City USA, and local craft brewers have been pitching in to help raise money for people affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Here's the latest effort - a beer by Hi-Wire Brewing called "Donate To Service Industry Workers By Drinking This Beer."
