Plot twist: every day looks different.

Contrary to popular belief, I’m not showing the stunning homes you see online 24/7.

Sometimes I’m showing a modest home that’s lived in with toys and belongings everywhere,
and sometimes I’m negotiating contracts from the parking lot of Trader Joes while I’m getting my groeries for the week.

Honestly, that’s what I love about my job.

Huge shoutout today to National Property Inspectors 🏠

In real estate, there are people who simply do their jobs, and then there are people who truly show up. Tina and Jason Wileman are absolutely the second kind.

Their team is the one we can call at crazy hours, with tight timelines, unexpected hurdles, and “hey… any chance?” requests, and somehow they always make it work. Not just for us, but for our clients, and that matters more than anything.

What I love most is that this isn’t just a business to them. They genuinely care about doing right by our community. They set the bar high, hire incredible inspectors, and treat everyone with professionalism and kindness (a rare combo these days).

And while one of their amazing inspectors is currently healing after a roof fall, Tina, Jason, and the team are working overtime without missing a beat. That level of dedication does not go unnoticed.
