I recently purchased this home in Huntington. It’s a 3 bedroom one bath, little over 1000 square foot, with a yard in the back. Over the next few weeks the cleanup will begin and hopefully end on the property. Can’t wait to post photos once it’s cleaned inside and out, painted and ready for the rental Market. A few months ago I posted some photos of the remodel on the inside. All new flooring laid through the building, painted, new vanities.
Almost finished with the outside of the units. Every window has been replaced, all new siding, and shutters. Hopefully will have the new gutters and soffit up in a few weeks. Place has come a long way!

I bought this old duplex a few years ago. First time since purchase it hasnt had tenants in it. It’s by far the roughest property I own, but it is also now the closest to a full remodel I’ve done. Currently ripping all the carpet out of the building and laying new flooring. Over the next few months all windows, siding, and gutters will be replaced. Love seeing the improvements. New flooring and appliances look great.
