You don’t need insurance until you need it. We encourage all our tenants to protect their belongings.

Another apartment fire in our community happened today (photo courtesy of Grayson FD). Although this is not our building it is still devastating to know someone has lost all their material possessions.

This is why renter’s insurance is VITAL. Recently we’ve investigated and found that if you add renter’s insurance to your auto policy it can actually SAVE you money.

For example, Kentucky Farm Bureau (who we recommend) charges approximately $11 and change for $10,000 worth of content coverage as well as liability. Adding this to your current auto policy will qualify you for a ‘multi policy’ discount, thus practically working out to no increase in premium what so ever.

Big progress on our new rental as drywall is going up! The 9’ ceilings make this open-concept 3 bed 2 bath (including a master suite) look amazing! Here the worker is standing where the kitchen sink is going to be. We love the recessed lighting, too!

This home was a full gut and is new everything, central AC, water lines, electrical and more, foundation to roof. In a secluded, safe and convenient neighborhood in South Ashland.

We hope to have this home ready for new residents by Oct 1st. Stay tuned for how to view and apply!
