🏡🔑Another property has officially changed hands, and we’re celebrating a successful closing for Team Frye and their sellers! 128 Walter St is officially SOLD, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.

This unique 1,200-square-foot brick commercial property offered an open and versatile interior, private restroom, storage space and a commercial-use exception within a residential area—giving its new owner plenty of possibilities for what comes next.

Congratulations to Team Frye and their sellers on getting this one across the finish line and officially to the closing table! Every property and every sale has its own story, and Tom and Amanda were proud to help their clients navigate this one all the way to SOLD. 💙

A special congratulations as well to Team Patton and their buyers on the purchase! It’s always exciting when CB Ward has the opportunity to represent clients on both sides of a transaction.🎉

If selling a property has been on your mind, you don’t have to know exactly what your next step looks like before starting the conversation. Team Frye can help you understand your options, build a plan around your goals and guide you from that first decision to the closing table.

We had so much fun working with our seller on this listing. Some clients feel like life-long friends from the moment we meet!! This home holds our current record for most attendees at the open house, and took only a few days before its new owners fell in love with it and put it in contract!

Garrett, thanks so much for believing in us, trusting our guidance, and being awesome to work with! We hope you have the best new chapter of life with nothing but great memories ahead of you guys!

We had a wonderful start to the weekend by saying congratulations to our clients, Steve and Christina, times TWO! They are the proud new owners of this beautiful property and finally get to return to rural living and enjoy all that has to offer!! At the same time, they were able to sell their current home to their close friends in Ashland! Everything went so smoothly for everyone involved, you know it was meant to be. Thank you for your trust!!

Shout out to dennisreedteam for knocking both purchases out of the park on this one! Team Patton, we loved working you guys, thank you! colebelter was great on the listing side!

The amount of times in the last few weeks I've spoken with folks about this being our busiest time of year... FALL is where it's at. Watch as more listings hit the market in the coming weeks. We all know what comes after Fall, so if you're thinking of making a move, let's get going!!

You've been waiting for something to change before you buy. It just might not be the thing you expected…
