Welcome home, Kathryn!

This one is extra special. Kathryn is a veteran, a soon-to-be master’s student at Ashland University, and an all-around incredible person! She’s been commuting over an hour while searching for the perfect place to call home during her next chapter—and we found it just minutes from campus!

From the moment we met, we clicked, and it’s been such a joy helping her find the right home for this exciting season. Her loyal service dog came along for the ride at every showing (he hung out in the car like a champ while we toured), and I just knew this was more than a move—it was a fresh start, full of purpose and possibility.

What a month it’s been—and we’re not even done yet!
Today marks my 6th active contract and I’m feeling beyond grateful. Late last week, I had the honor of writing offers for two incredible first-time homebuyers. I love being the guide through all things new and exciting—from dreaming big to tackling those not-so-glamorous moments!

Today, I got one of my in-house listings under contract for my amazing sellers!
Tomorrow: home inspection and desk duty (because paperwork waits for no one).
Thursday: a listing appointment AND a closing.
And next week, Sharon Ave closes—a sweet milestone I’m so excited to celebrate!

I couldn’t do any of this without my amazing clients, my sphere, and my incredibly supportive family. THANK YOU for trusting me, cheering me on, and making this dream career of mine a reality.
