Coldwell Banker Ward Real Estate announces that owners Rob Ward and Polly Ward Chandler have sold the agency to Tyler Jarvis, Realtor, a trusted realtor with our firm who shares their love for Ashland and their heart for the people who live here.

Rob isn't going anywhere! We wouldn't let him even if he wanted to. Instead, he'll play an active role as a realtor, continuing to serve his clients well and helping Tyler step into this new leadership role.

Tyler couldn’t be more thankful for Rob’s friendship and guidance, and for the opportunity to carry forward the Ward family’s 80-year legacy right here in Ashland.
