Hey everybody, the Dad & Daughter Properties team will have this one ready to go in about two weeks.

New roof, siding, gutters, down spouts, Cabinets, appliances and complete kitchen installed today finished by Friday, new windows tomorrow June 9th, June 10th new carpet, June 11th LVP flooring installed

Follow up will be the bathrooms, trim boards, and finishing touches by the end of next week.

It’s almost ready to go. Stick around for new pics to show you comparison before and after when completed.

This will be for sale. What an amazing house this will be.
