Things seem pretty stable. The biggest change is inventory in ashland is down 10%, otherwise, most stats are similar to last month.

Inventory is up and activity is up a little bit, but it's still pretty slow out there. We sold 59 houses in Ashland the last three months. In 2022, that number was 108.

These are the annual stats. For Ashland, activity was up a tiny bit, buy prices were down 7.4% from last year, and 2.7% from 2 years ago. County wide, prices were up a little bit, driven by Medford, which was up between 3-4 percent depending on zip code.

In Ashland, prices are down, days on market are up, activity is down a little bit, but the inventory is way down, so it's really still a seller's market because buyers don't really have very many options at the moment. Hopefully, we'll see more listings in the spring.
