Sellers, if your home is currently on the market, it's tempting to want to stay during all of the showings of you home to prospective buyers. But it can put a real damper on their experience. The buyer's agent will be there to walk them through the home, and they will convey any questions about the property to you via your agent. Making sure the buyers feel comfortable and able to concentrate on your home, not your presence should be your goal. It will make the experience more productive for both you and the buyer.
