Wrapping up 2024 could be a story about numbers, how many houses sold, how many…
But to me it is really more about the people! This year we have helped families purchase their first homes, investors purchase their first property and their 12th property, helped people downsize, and sell their home of a loved one who passed, sold to make a better family decision for themselves. Rented apartments to first time renters, and to a family whose home was damaged in a fire, a person working on being on their own after a divorce, and someone whose credit prevented them from buying, and so many more!
We also provided eclipse glasses to our community, glow in dark cups filled with goodies to the school kids during the Halloween parade, and gingerbread house cookies to decorate at Christmas night in Ashland and each of our agents has spent time giving back to our communities in other ways!
We wish you all a very happy 2025!
