The purpose of this two-hour seminar is to review and discuss the basic policies and procedures of FHA/VA AND FNMA valuation of distressed properties under their control. Part II will cover a method and procedure for the valuator to determine and support changes in the market by using a market analysis procedure. After this seminar the participants will have a better understanding of foreclosure and liquidation of property valuation or pricing for marketing purposes.

Congratulations to Trevor Bassitt on winning the indoor 400m USATF national championship! Trevor is a senior at Ashland University and a graduate of Bluffton High School.

To be clear, Trevor didn't win the NCAA national championship -- he won the NATIONAL championship, against all the professional runners. He's the first collegian to win the national championship in the indoor 400m since 1990.

He qualified for team USA and will run at the IAAF world indoor track and field championships in Belgrade, Serbia next month. Congratulations, Trevor!
