The latest news for the valley from the President of the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors: In Jackson County, the residential inventory of homes on the market is up 22.2%, and Ashland is up 17.1% compared to last year... At the same time, sales of existing homes are up 7.7%, and the cumulative days on market are sitting at just 23 days.
