That’s up to $2,500 off single-section homes and up to $5,000 off multi-section homes when purchased at the listed home-only price. It’s an easy way to save on a brand new home this summer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Only available at participating Clayton Family of Brands retailers (“Seller”) on new home Sales Agreements signed 5/1/2026 through 8/31/2026. Buyers may receive a discount of up to $2,500 on a single-section home or up to $5,000 on a multi-section home (the “Discount”). Home must be purchased at the posted home-only retail sales price to be eligible for the maximum available Discount. If the retail home price is reduced due to (1) buyer negotiations; or (2) underwriting requirements of buyer’s chosen lender (including the requirement for Seller to pay discount points or any other fees/charges), the Discount will be offset by these reductions/fees first. Any remaining Discount will then be applied to reduce the total sales price of the home. Discount has no cash value and may not be applied toward cash back, down payment, or other closing costs.
