Shannon grew up outside of Savannah and attended Crestview High School. She then attended Ashland University to play softball and obtained her degree in Business Administration and a minor in Hospitality. After college, she continued her love for college softball and coached for 17 years with colleges such as Ashland University, Wittenberg University, Hiram College, and Lake Erie College.

As a mom of three boys, Colton, Finn, and Bo, she is ready to take on a new career that will give her more flexibility and allow her to stay active with her growing boys. Shannon obtained her license from Hondros College in 2026 and is motivated and driven to be competitive as an agent. Shannon is excited to provide an environment where clients can grow in their season of life and help clients see how seamless buying and selling can be. She prides herself on interpersonal communication skills and seeing life and real estate from a new and fresh perspective.

Garrett recently began his journey as a real estate agent after earning his license from Hondros College. He also owns a local home remodeling company alongside his dad and brother. Garrett grew up in the area, graduating from Hillsdale High School before attending Shawnee State University. He earned a degree in business management and marketing while playing baseball all four years.

During his time at Shawnee State, he met his wife, Mo, and the two have lived just outside of Ashland for the past two years.
