In observance of Memorial Day, the Ashland Board of REALTORS® office will be closed on Monday, May 25th.

As we spend time with family and friends this holiday weekend, we also pause to remember and honor those who gave their lives in service to our country. ❤️🤍💙

We will return to normal business hours on Tuesday, May 2th. We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend!

What an incredible day for RPAC! 🎉

We absolutely blew our goal out of the water, and it would not have been possible without the amazing people who came together to make today such a success.

A huge THANK YOU to our RPAC Committee for all of your hard work, planning, and dedication. Your time and effort truly showed in every detail of today’s event.

We are also so grateful to all of our generous auction donors who contributed such wonderful items. Your support made our auction such a fun and successful part of the day!

And finally, thank you to our members for believing in the power of RPAC and showing up with such incredible generosity and support. Seeing our REALTOR® community come together like this makes us so proud.

Today was a reminder of what we can accomplish when we work together. We appreciate each and every one of you! ❤️

Thank you Ohio REALTORS for an excellent afternoon at our State House for REALTORS at the Rotunda!

Ashland and Mansfield showed up to learn from representatives about plans for tax reform and legislation being discussed.

We had the honor of meeting with Representative Melanie Miller's staff and Senator Mark Romanchuk to talk about key legislation regarding property tax reform and protecting consumers from title fraud.

These meetings are so important and we couldn't do it without the connections developed by the SPCs that represent our associations and make these conversations a reality.

Thank you so much for your time everyone who joined us and met with us today Ohio's future is bright and exciting!

Last week, our Legislative Committee had the pleasure of attending the Ashland County Lincoln Day Dinner. It was a wonderful evening of connection, conversation, and community!

We were honored to meet Senate President Rob McColley and appreciated the opportunity to engage with leaders who are helping shape our region and state.

A special thank you to Mayor Matt Miller for hosting such a beautiful event and creating a fantastic space for networking and collaboration. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of these important conversations!

Following our Candidate Forum in February, we’re proud to announce our endorsement of Denny Bittle in the upcoming May Primary.

Denny demonstrated a strong understanding of the importance of protecting private property rights and supporting policies that benefit our communities.

We appreciate his willingness to engage on the issues and his commitment to our community.

A big thank you to Chad Brown with Compass Financial Strategies for joining us as our guest speaker and sharing valuable insights with our members. We also sincerely appreciate Mechanics Bank for generously sponsoring today’s lunch—it was enjoyed by all!

Following lunch, Bill Harvey provided an excellent one-hour continuing education course, offering a timely and informative update on the Ashland County Land Bank. We’re grateful for the knowledge he shared with our members.
