Congratulations to my wonderful sellers. This special family had many good memories living together on this view property, and it was bitter sweet to let go of the special space they had created. They were tenacious through it all and I admire their courage, as there were a few bumps along the way. But we got it done and they finally got to crack open their very special Ch*****ne bottle after all!!! Thank you for your trust Kristin & may this next phase be easy and peaceful.

SOLD to my Buyer!!!
Sometimes, the journey to find "the one" is not always linear. In this case, it took 2 offers on other properties before my client felt settled that this brand-new home was the perfect fit for her. Patience & tenacity are important for such a big decision and investment! And I get that completely:) My joy is to serve clients to their finish line, no matter how long it takes to get there... And she is beyond happy which makes my day:) Thank you to Suncrest Home for building such a sweet home and for being extra accommodating by going the extra mile to make her move as stress free as possible. Big thanks also to Jeannette at 1st American Title & John L Scott. Great team work!
